How do I recharge Tata Play online?
Enter your Tata Play Customer ID or registered mobile number, check the account shown, choose an amount and pay. As soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment, the recharge is sent to Tata Play for that Customer ID.
Is Tata Sky recharge the same as Tata Play recharge?
Yes. Tata Sky is now called Tata Play. Your old Tata Sky Subscriber ID is your Tata Play Customer ID, and you recharge it here in the same way.
Where can I find my Tata Play Customer ID?
The Customer ID (also called Subscriber ID) is a 10-digit number that starts with 1. It is shown on the My Account screen of your Tata Play set-top box and in the SMS and e-mails Tata Play sends to your registered mobile and e-mail.
Can I recharge Tata Play with my registered mobile number?
Yes. Enter the mobile number registered with Tata Play. If more than one Tata Play account is linked to that number, choose the correct account before you pay.
What is the minimum Tata Play recharge amount?
You can recharge from ₹200 up to ₹40,000 in one payment, subject to Tata Play's own limits for the account.
How long does a Tata Play recharge take?
Most recharges reach the Tata Play account within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed. A net banking payment can take a few minutes longer to be confirmed by the bank. Keep the set-top box switched on while the recharge is applied.
My money was debited but the recharge is not showing. What should I do?
Do not pay again. Keep your order reference and check its status on the recharge status page, or send the order reference to our team on WhatsApp at +91 97299 91794 and we will check it with the payment gateway and Tata Play.
