How refunds work for OnlineDTH Service new DTH & broadband connections, boxes and accessories.

New DTH & broadband connections

Once a connection has been installed / activated, it is non-refundable — installation is the point of no refund.
A refund is possible only before installation (connection not yet installed).
If you cancel from your side before installation, and we were able to provide the service, a deduction of 12% (towards TDR / payment-gateway and service charges) applies and the balance is refunded.
If OnlineDTH Service is unable to provide the service for any reason, you receive a 100% refund with no deduction.

Boxes

If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery (an unboxing video helps) and we will arrange a free replacement.

Remotes – cancellation, refund and replacement

Remotes are sold on full online payment only.
Cancellation by you before dispatch: a 12% cancellation charge is deducted and the rest is refunded.
After dispatch: no cancellation and no refund.
If we cancel your order: full refund, no charge.
Warranty: remotes do not carry a warranty.
Defective on arrival: we replace it only if you send a clear, uncut unboxing video (the sealed parcel with its shipping label being opened, and the remote shown not working) on WhatsApp (+91 97299 91794) or by email ([email protected]) within 7 days of delivery. Without the video, no replacement.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
