Tata Play changes its packs and rates from time to time. The list we hold is dated 14 July 2026, and the moment a new one arrives this page is updated.

You can change your pack any time, any month. You can add a single extra channel any time too. The one thing you cannot do is remove a single channel from inside a pack.

Order before 2 PM and it is almost always the same day. Between 2 and 4 PM — usually the same day. After that — next day.

There is nowhere in India this connection cannot be installed.

Look at the arithmetic. Tata Play has 671 channels. Give each one just two minutes and that is 1,342 minutes — more than 22 hours in a day. Nobody has that kind of time.

In practice most homes watch 2 to 3 hours a day and run 5 to 10 channels. A lot of the rest are in languages nobody in the house watches.

So the question is not how many channels there are. The question is whether your channels are in it — and you can check that in one minute in the tab above.

One more thing people do not know: 341 of those 671 channels are free-to-air.

That is fine, take your time. Just ask one thing everywhere you look: what will it actually cost me a month. The pack rate is quoted separately and the compulsory charge is added on top, so the sticker rate is not the real rate.

We have not kept those separate above. The number you see is the full monthly rate. Alongside it you will also see which channel is in which pack, how much wire comes with it and what extra wire costs — ask all of that anywhere and you will be able to make the right call.
