A DTH connection is primarily delivered through direct local installation, not ordinary courier shipping. After booking, OnlineDTHService forwards the request and coordinates with the selected DTH brand’s local team across India. The team generally contacts the customer and completes installation within 2–24 hours; weather, holidays and customer availability may affect timing.
Standard installation is included where the selected offer says so. Extra wire, connectors, special mounting, concealed wiring or other non-standard material or work may be chargeable only after informing the customer.
Physical accessories are dispatched by courier and normally arrive within 5–7 working days. Shipping is free only where the product or checkout page states “Free”; otherwise any charge is shown before payment. Tracking is shared when available.
Service and the listed offers are available across India. If an order cannot be fulfilled before activation, the customer is eligible for a full refund under the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
