Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

OnlineDTHService is a brand of Yash Retail And Services Private Limited (CIN: U72900HR2020PTC086634; GSTIN: 06AABCY2351G1ZJ).

DTH connection before installation or activation

• Customer-requested cancellation: eligible for refund after a 12% processing deduction, provided the connection has not been activated.
• Cancellation caused by OnlineDTHService or inability to fulfil: full refund without the 12% deduction.

After installation or activation

DTH connections are activated in the customer’s name after the equipment and service are checked at installation. Once activated, the connection, recharge and plan are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Remotes and accessories

For courier-delivered accessories, report a damaged, defective or wrong item within 7 calendar days of delivery through WhatsApp 9729991794 or [email protected]. Approved cases will be replaced or refunded. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after opening or usage.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank or payment-gateway processing normally takes 5–7 working days after approval. The customer must provide the order ID, registered mobile number and payment proof. The support phone number is WhatsApp-only.
